Admission Procedure
Mothercare Kindergarten is a Unit of KPS Group of School with English and Gujarati Medium Nursery. LKG and UKG. Admission is granted to students on the basis of school admission policy.
Inquiry Form to be filled by parent. (As available at Admin office) in the school & issue of Registration form.- Submission of duly filled Registration form along with:
- Attested copy of Birth Certificate of the student.
- Document of vaccination and Blood Group.
- Attested copy of Aadhar card of the student.
- Aptitude test will be conducted for UKG.
- Oral interaction for Nursery and LKG.
- Quarterly fee should be deposited in the Accounts Department and submission of Admission Form to be filled and date of induction meeting will be informed.
- Uniform, books, stationery, etc. to be procured.
- Induction meeting will be conducted on scheduled date.
- Joining the school as per the scheduled date and time.

Grant of Admission:
Admission will be granted once the student satisfies all the provisions of the admission criteria and on payment of requisite admission fees.
Please note if the student fails to submit necessary documents required for admission within stipulated time; his/her admission will be cancelled.
Payment of Fees
- 1st Quarter - to be paid till June 10, 2025
- 2nd Quarter - to be paid till September 10, 2025
- 3rd Quarter - to be paid till December 10, 2025
- 4th Quarter - to be paid till March 10, 2026
Late payment charges are applicable as follows:
- Rs.50 For 15 Days
No exemption of late fee after due date.
